Why study fear?

Like a roaring lion, fear can awaken you into action or make you freeze like a rabbit.

There is always something to be afraid of.

Your individual experience of fear will significantly affect your life. Whether you breakdown or buckle up in the face of uncertainty will shape your confidence to learn, explore and connect.

The good news.

How you respond to fear isn’t set in stone. Through practice, you can learn how to find calm in the storm.

That’s what this course will teach you to do.

About the course

The course explores a variety of tools for working with fear through movement tasks inspired by parkour.

Four modules are shared over five months.

Every module provides a workbook containing video, text and audio content:

  • A daily practice on meditation, reflex integration, relaxation or attitude

  • A toolkit for working with mind, body and emotion in fear / anxiety

  • Accessible movement tasks on climbing, jumping, diving and flowing

  • Selected writings on the science and psychology of fear from Carl Jung, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Pema Chodron, Allan Schore and others.

Fear of public speaking is common. At the climax of each module, you are invited to share your experience through a vlog. :)
