Consistency did not come naturally to me
For a long time, I felt like my strength held me back in movement, but I struggled to find a consistent approach. Over the last four years, I’ve studied the science of strength training, gaining significant muscle mass, jump ability and dynamic flexibility to become a more confident mover. At the same time, I was approaching my training in an unsustainable way, using it to manage life stressors. At the end of this high stress phase, I found myself with a chronic illness. Heavy training gave me a lot, but this experience taught me the need to approach it lightly. That’s why I’ve developed a middle path approach to physical development that brings together flexible plans, mindfulness practices and mastery motivation.
This is what I’m offering:
Strength and athleticism training based around technical mastery, the key to long-term motivation.
Mindfulness practice that promotes enjoyment and serenity.
A weekly 30-40 minute call and frequent feedback to explore problems together.
